  • We assisted an important international oil company over 100 valuations of gas stations land, machinery and technical equipment in Latin America.
  • We completed the valuation of plant and land for a leading mass consumption company in Argentina.
  • We provided advisory services in the valuation of more than 1 million hectares for the leading agricultural companies in Latin America.
  • Industrial Real Estate Valuation for one of the leading steel players of the region.
  • We conducted the valuation of an important international hotel in the city of Cordoba.
• Localization
  • We conducted market research efforts comprising 27 supermarkets in Costa Rica, Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador.
  • We were hired to conduct a survey and analysis of the Argentine real estate market in terms of potential geographic location for the new company stores, in all formats.
